About the Presenter

Jeff Utzinger

On the morning of June 20th, 2017, Jeff tied up his running shoes, walked out of his home in Carmel, IN, and went for a routine run in his neighborhood.  Little did he know that run would be life-changing, as well as life-changing for a neighbor whom he did not know.  The result of that morning has sparked a passion and gratitude that he now shares with others through his organization “Be Like Bill,” and focuses his purpose on spreading awareness around Sudden Cardiac Arrest, the importance of AEDs, and delivering a message that we shouldn’t take for granted the time we’re given on this earth

Jeff and Christine, his wife of 21 years, have 3 children; Jennifer (19), Jeffrey (17), and George (13).  Jeff graduated from Hope College with a degree in Business Administration.  Jeff’s interests outside work and family include coaching youth sports, golf, non-profit organizations, health & fitness…and yes, still running.
